Shipping & Returns

We offer flat-rate shipping for each order. A list of available delivery destinations will be displayed. Deliveries cannot be made to areas that are not included in this list. Delivery charges are calculated based on the volumetric weight and destination of your order. The total will be displayed on the final page before payment is entered. Items shipped to any given address may be shipped in separate parcels on separate days, but you will only be charged once per address.

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason an item does not meet your expectations, please return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund in the manner in which it was paid. We can only refund or exchange merchandise that is in saleable condition; shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. To return or exchange an item, please contact us

Online customers should receive a confirmation email once we've issued a refund. Please allow one billing cycle from the time we receive the returned item for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Shipping surcharges apply to certain oversize items. Shipping costs may also be influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. You will be contacted by us if your shipment exceeds our flat rate. Extra charges will be incurred for overweight or multiple carton shipments. Please be aware that recipients are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.
Premium delivery options are available. In addition to the Standard flat rate, extra fees will be charged. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled as if placed the following business day. Shipping surcharges apply to certain oversize items. Your shipment confirmation email will include the shipping date, the carrier, and the tracking number. You can also track your order by visiting My Account.

All custom prints are made and dispatched by a partner firm and have a longer delivery schedule.
We will promptly inform you in the rare case of a shipping delay that exceeds 30 days.

If the merchandise is damaged or defective at the time of delivery or the incorrect item was sent, please contact us

for a swift resolution.
Custom Prints purchases are individually made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event that you receive the incorrect order, or your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us.
